These are some words that you will frequently come across while baking bread. It's good to know for first timers .Proofing (also called proving) which is used frequently its nothing but its a step in the preparation of yeast bread and other baked goods where the dough is allowed to rest and rise a final time before baking. During this rest period, yeast ferment the dough and produce gasses, thereby leavening the dough or giving it a rise in volume.

Preparation:
Take flour, sugar, milk powder, salt and yeast               in a bowl.
Stir it with your hand and knead it with warm           water.
Dough is quite sticky keep kneading add butter          in the dough.
Knead it to form soft dough .

Let it rest for 40 min or double in size.

After 40 minutes check the dough, dust it knead again and cut three equal parts.Roll each part like a pizza but little thin around  10 -12 inches.

•   Grease the pizza dish and put the first rolled out dough on it, spread pesto sauce and sprinkle grated cheese.

Repeat the same with the second layer.
Now cover the 2nd layer with the last rolled              dough.
Keep a bowl in the centre for reference.

Start making by equal 4 cuts making a cross.
Now slowly with reference picture make rest             32 cuts in total &roll each slit inwards to turn it into flower petals.

Once done apply milk wash and sprinkle top with sesame seeds or onion seeds.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 40 min.
Once u take it out apply some butter  to keep it soft.
Enjoy your bread with a dip or a pasta.
