Enjoy life eat chocolate..... 

I can’t imagine myself writing this as I am not a chocolate lover. But both bad boys of the house love it to the core. If once a week I don’t make it they do get upset. 

Now we all are confined to our homes and not been able to go out so all the more reason for me to make it once in a while to see them smile. To be honest I do like this one and I use a dark cooking chocolate as it gives very rich taste to it. 
Tall claims have been made about chocolate, but while eating it gives us contentment and pleasure, can it be good for us?  Like all the others things excess of anything is bad. If we consume it wisely and in moderation it’s not bad. 
Chocolate has been used as a treatment for agitation, anaemia and asthma. It helps in building appetite and is an aphrodisiac.
It can be used for not only baking, cooking, making drinks also used for Edible decoration on cakes, pastries
I have my eggless version of super yummy and soft cake for you alll..

Ingredients Of Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake
Dry ingredients:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar, powdered
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup cold milk
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp yogurt (dahi)
½ cup melted chocolate/optional but increases the richness 


How to Make Moist Eggless Chocolate Cake

*Pre-heat the oven at 180 degrees C. Grease a baking tin with some vegetable oil.
Dry ingredients:
In a bowl sift together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Keep aside.
Wet ingredients:
In a bowl whisk together 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup hot water till well blended. Let it cool down a bit.
Once done add the milk and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Add the yogurt. Mix well.
Now gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk them together.
Pour it in a greased tin.
Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 160 degrees C or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Smother some chocolate ganache/ sauce if you want to or you can eat it like this.
Decoration i have used chocolate mousse that is whipped cream and melted chocolate.

you can buy cooking chocolate
And cream to make this...I have used whipping cream.You can use any other cream.

Heat the cream n put chopped chocolate...let it cool down and become thick you can pipe it or spread on your cake. Cover it completely...

Now pouring ganache..

Melt 1 tbsp butter and a pan add 50 gm cream heat it n add add 100 gm chocolate....whisk remove From heat. 

Also used edible gold dust to decorate and waffle paper flowers which you can easily buy from bake shop or online..
